This is our favorite reaction to Leo DiCaprio's win yet

Leonardo DeCaprio won his first Oscar Sunday night for his bear-battling character in "The Revenant."

After five nominations without a best actor win, Leo's losing streak had become a bit of a running joke on the internet. One awesome fellow made this crazy flipbook imagining the bad luck that might befall the man if he did win. Now that he has, a whole new wave of memes and tweets was sure to follow.

Bloomberg's Moscow reporter Jake Rudnitsky encountered one such example this morning, tweeting this photo apparently snapped outside the US embassy in Moscow (caution, it's mildly NSFW):

Who put it there? Was it an embassy official expressing themselves? Or perhaps a hyped-up Russian looking for the most American spot to share the Oscar love? Where did they learn such beautiful calligraphy?
